Return & Refund Policy

 

At 3DF4CTORY, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions set out below.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Be unused or only handled to inspect its nature and functionality.
  • Include all original accessories.
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or partially refunded where permitted by applicable law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products showing excessive wear or use.
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Send the missing or correct product; or
  • Issue a full refund.

In these cases, 3DF4CTORY will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are normally issued within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
